My name is Sonya C Williams and I am an Accountability Coach helping women find their voice through journaling so they can rewrite their trauma story.Journaling is a very effective technique in ensuring that you’re moving forward to becoming the person you want to be. If you are struggling with sticking to your vision and goals, journaling might be the answer and I would love to assist you in your journey.
I learned a great deal as I overcame the challenges the last few years brought me, and I want to share what I have learned with other women who are struggling through a transitional period in their life. I founded INSPIRE, UPLIFT, IGNITE, an online community and resource center, to offer women a safe place to share their struggles and find support, advice and direction as they start a new phase of life.

Journaling is a great form of therapy, it can help anyone going through transition.
Journaling provides writing techniques for aspiring authors and those needing clarity regarding business ideas and concepts.
Journaling can help you discover your passion and ultimately lead to discovering your purpose or help you to gain clarity on that purpose.
There’s no specific time, place or reason required to journal, however I would suggest having that quiet time of day or evening when you can be alone with your thoughts.
Just like there’s no special time to journal there’s no special place to journal. Choose a place that is quiet and serene, where your thoughts are free flowing. You can have white noise or soundscapes playing softly in the background. I suggest lighting some candles or incense preferably sage for clarity and cleansing.
